Poured materials
Poured mixtures based on cement, quick-setting, self-levelling, non-shrinking, suitable for pouring under heavy machines, rails and anchoring screws.
Poured material
Poured material especially shows following properties:
- quick setting
- high final strength
- excellent volume stability
- very good fluidity
- no chlorides content
For example the type:
Gantry Rail GR-BC 140 CE-marking and ES marking pursuant to EN 1504 – 6, number of production management certificate: 0921-CPD-2065 , granularity 0 – 4 mm, poured material layer 20 – 120 mm

The poured materials are used in construction engineering to base and cover construction elements. The main scope of action includes: founding of steel structures, machinery, bridge bearings, rails/panels (rails of crane track), anchoring of machines / guide rods, foundations, prefab products, foundations with cavities, under-water pouring.
Mineral (concrete) base shall be free of impurities, grease and other parts that could impair the adhesion of mortar even nuclear concrete. The prepared base shall be rough enough – capillary can be open. The prepared material is applied on wet base, a dry base shall be moistened as long as it gets saturated with water (4 hrs min.). The surface layer of base can be only “mat wet” at the moment of application. To obtain it, remove the stagnant water occurred due to moistening from the base. The base shall not be frozen and shall be protected against the freeze. Tensile strength of surface base layer shall be 1,5 N / mm 2 at average.
Subsequent treatment of free surfaces follows, as for all hydraulic setting cement mortars, for example using the treatment product, permanent moistening, covering with moistened jute, foil or combination of these measures. The subsequent treatment shall take 5 days at least. The surface treatment shall start as soon as possible, at surface mortar layer setting at latest. Elevation of pouring shall be as small as possible (about 20-50 mm).
Form of delivery: package per 25 kg – storage of dry, original, closed package, protected from freeze, usable for 12 months.
The material is namely suitable for:
foundation of machines and steel constructions,
foundations of crane and railway rails,
foundations of bridge bearings and pillars,
base layers of finished concrete elements.
